# Video packs, prices, and purchase availability

Compare one-time video packs, their total and per-video prices, payment availability, allowance validity, and refund conditions.

## Pack features and validity

All packs deliver the same fixed 29-second, 720p (1280 × 720), 16:9 landscape MP4 with the original reference soundtrack. Larger packs lower the price per generation; they do not improve quality. One allowance reserves one task and is consumed on completion. Purchased allowances expire 365 days after confirmed payment. Completed videos are stored separately for three calendar months from completion.

## Failures and new versions

A confirmed failed or rejected task returns its reserved allowance with the original expiry date. This is not an automatic cash refund. Generating another version after successful delivery uses another allowance; there are no unlimited free retries.

## Cash refunds

An entirely unused pack may qualify for a full refund requested within seven days (168 hours) of confirmed payment, with no queued or processing task reserving its allowances. Billing, defective-delivery, service-discontinuation, and statutory remedies are not limited to this voluntary window. Read the full Refund Policy.

## Prices and purchase availability

- Single: 1 video for $9.90 USD ($9.90 per video).
- Friends: 3 videos for $22.90 USD ($7.63 per video).
- Creator: 8 videos for $49.90 USD ($6.24 per video).
