# Privacy, AI processing, storage, and deletion

## Photo processing and provider limits

Selected photos remain in the browser until submission. Submitted photos and intermediate media are processed by the service and its AI providers. Private uploads are not used to train the site operator’s own models; a no-training guarantee for every downstream provider has not been established.

## Information and service providers

The service processes account/session information, submitted media, generated results, task records, transactions, technical logs, and support messages. Kie.ai and underlying AI providers process generation media; Cloudflare provides media storage and abuse prevention; Neon hosts database records. Google and Brevo support authentication or service communications, and PayPal handles payment credentials. The site does not store a card number or PayPal password. Analytics and performance services may operate where enabled. Read the canonical policy for provider links and processing purposes.

## Retention and deletion

Service copies of task inputs and intermediate media are deleted after completion or failure. Unattached uploads are subject to cleanup after 24 hours; active tasks and temporary storage failures can delay deletion. Completed videos are retained for three calendar months from completion.

## Erasure requests and retained records

Removing a library record does not immediately erase media, provider copies, or the account. Provider copies, backups, transaction records, and legally retained records have separate limits. Consult the full policy and contact the published privacy address for requests.

## Privacy requests

Contact privacy@burningbridges-ai.com for privacy, earlier file-deletion, or account-erasure requests. Include the account email and relevant task IDs, not passwords or payment credentials. Browser local storage can retain task-recovery information after sign-out; clear site data on shared devices. Retention exceptions and available rights depend on the full policy and applicable law.
