# Refunds, failed generations, and delivery problems

Distinguish cash refunds, failed-generation allowance returns, successful-generation retries, and defective-delivery remedies.

## Unused-pack eligibility

Request an unused-pack refund within seven days (168 hours) of confirmed payment. Eligibility is per purchase: no completed generation may have consumed that pack, and no active task may reserve it. A confirmed failed attempt whose allowance was returned does not count as successful use.

## Processing tasks and AI variations

A task still processing, a temporary status error, or closing the browser is not a confirmed failure. Check the saved task before submitting again. Normal disclosed AI variations do not by themselves qualify for a cash refund.

## Defective delivery

Report corrupt files, blocked playback or downloads, missing promised audio, or material specification failures. Confirmed defects are investigated for repair, replacement, or an appropriate refund. Mandatory remedies remain intact.

## Request a refund

Send refund requests to support@burningbridges-ai.com with account email, order or transaction reference, relevant task IDs, and the reason. Do not send passwords or payment credentials.

## Refund handling and other remedies

The voluntary seven-day window does not limit remedies for billing errors, defective delivery, service discontinuation, or mandatory consumer rights. Approved cash refunds use the original PayPal transaction and revoke the corresponding allowances; arrival times vary by PayPal, payment method, and bank. Returned allowances keep the original expiry. If a return is unusable because it has expired, contact support to assess a remedy. Contacting support first is encouraged, not a condition of using available dispute or legal remedies.
