# Terms, photo permissions, and output use

## Eligibility and photo permissions

Users must be at least 18, or the local age of legal majority if higher, and able to enter the agreement. Do not upload minors. Obtain rights to the photograph and permission from each identifiable adult for AI processing, synthetic depiction, and intended publication or commercial use. Public availability or celebrity status is not permission. Prohibited uses include unlawful, abusive, sexual, deceptive, and rights-infringing uses described in the Terms.

## Output rights and commercial use

The operator does not claim ownership of uploads or generated outputs. Personal and commercial use of delivered videos is permitted subject to the Terms, including supplied-material rights the operator is entitled to grant. This does not clear every third-party likeness, character, trademark, or music right, guarantee copyright eligibility, or transfer standalone reference assets. Follow the publishing platform’s music and AI-disclosure rules, and do not imply endorsement.

## Service limits and remedies

AI results can differ from inputs and are not guaranteed to be unique, exact, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose. Read the payment, refund, defective-delivery, and mandatory-rights provisions before purchasing.

## Payments and allowance use

Packs are one-time purchases, with no subscription or renewal. Allowances are added after confirmed payment and expire after 365 days. A queued or processing task reserves one allowance. Confirmed failure or rejection returns it subject to the original expiry and any refund or payment reversal. A new successful version uses another allowance. Mandatory rights and the full Refund Policy continue to apply.
